My name is Frank C Jones
I'm Frank C Jones. I have been building the web since 1995.
I run OptSus, a marketing services business I rebuilt as an AI-native operating system. Frontier models plan the work, smaller models execute it, and deterministic software owns orchestration, routing, and failure recovery. Delivery that once took a distributed team now runs on the architecture.
I have taught digital marketing and web development at six universities across the United States, and I have led SEO and WordPress training events since 2013. I write here about systems, business, and the books that shape how I think about both.
